Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Senate Capitol intelligence and execution platform operated by Pixel on Pixels Ltd.
Critical notice: Senate Capitol is an intelligence and execution platform. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. All trading involves significant risk, and past performance — whether of a political figure or an algorithmic agent — does not guarantee future results.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Senate Capitol platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Pixel on Pixels Ltd. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. Brokerage Integration (Alpaca Securities LLC)
Senate Capitol is a third-party technology provider and is not a registered broker-dealer. The execution of trades is facilitated exclusively through your linked brokerage account at Alpaca Securities LLC ("Alpaca").
- You must maintain an active, in-good-standing account with Alpaca to use the execution features of the Service.
- Senate Capitol connects to your Alpaca account strictly via secure OAuth2 protocols. We do not view, store, or have access to your Alpaca account password.
- You authorize Senate Capitol (specifically "The Strategist" and "The Operator" agents) to route trade orders to Alpaca on your behalf, solely based on the permissions you explicitly grant and the parameters you configure.
- Senate Capitol is not liable for any execution failures, slippage, downtime, or account restrictions (including Pattern Day Trader flags) enforced by Alpaca.
3. Acknowledgment of Data Lag (The STOCK Act)
You acknowledge and understand that the trade signals provided by Senate Capitol ("The Scout" and "The Auditor" agents) are derived from public disclosures mandated by the STOCK Act. Under this legislation, members of Congress have up to 45 days to report a transaction. Therefore, the intelligence provided by the Service is inherently delayed. You assume all risks associated with executing trades based on historical, delayed disclosure data.
4. Algorithmic Risk and Human-in-the-Loop
Senate Capitol utilizes multi-agent AI architectures to analyze fundamental data (sourced from the Financial Modeling Prep API) and calculate position sizing. These algorithms are tools for analysis, not infallible systems.
- No automated rogue trading: The Service requires "Human-in-the-Loop" authorization. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every mission in the War Room before execution.
- Risk constraints: While "The Strategist" calculates fractional risk limits, you are responsible for setting your maximum allocation tolerances.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Premium features are billed on a recurring subscription basis via our authorized payment processor (Stripe). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will downgrade to the free tier at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel on Pixels Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or capital, resulting from your use of the Service. You trade entirely at your own risk.
Effective August 9, 2026
Privacy Policy
How Senate Capitol collects, uses, and protects limited personal and brokerage-related data.
1. Information We Collect
To operate the Senate Capitol platform, we collect the following limited data sets:
- Account data: Email address and profile information provided during initial registration.
- Brokerage connection data: Revocable OAuth2 access tokens granted by Alpaca Securities LLC. We never see, collect, or store your brokerage username or password.
- Trading configurations: Risk parameters, paper trading histories, and specific trade authorizations you make within the War Room interface.
- Payment data: Subscription statuses managed via Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information exclusively to provide, secure, and improve the Service:
- To execute trade authorizations strictly as directed by you via "The Operator" agent.
- To calculate accurate, risk-adjusted position sizes based on your available Alpaca equity.
- To monitor for regulatory safeguards, such as warning you of potential Pattern Day Trader (PDT) limitations.
- To send critical push notifications regarding Alpha/Beta signals and trade execution confirmations.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data or trading history to third parties. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners to operate the platform:
- Alpaca Securities LLC: We transmit your authorized trade orders and read your account equity/positions to enable the core functionality of the app.
- Stripe: We share email addresses and subscription tiers for billing and invoicing purposes.
- Financial Modeling Prep (FMP): We query ticker symbols against FMP's API; however, we do not share your personal identity or account size with FMP.
4. Security and Data Retention
We employ industry-standard encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Your OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted vaults. You may revoke Senate Capitol's access to your Alpaca account at any time directly from your Alpaca dashboard. Upon account deletion, we will purge your personal data and revoke all active connection tokens.
